Wondering what all the hype is about with mindfulness? Well here are some of the benefits that research studies have found. Granted many of these studies were based on self report measures from the participants, but there were also studies that showed actual physical impact on our brain and cell structures through MRIs, EEGs and even blood work. So while there may have been some placebo effects or other constructs involved, it’s hard to deny that perceived benefits were not experienced at all.
