Out of network benefits may be available from your insurance carrier. Check with your carrier to see if you are able to submit a claim for services by verifying your out of network benefits with your insurance company. Pre-paid package for the first 8 weeks - $1050 ($150 discount) to be paid in full after our first session together (optional)

**5 session pack only available to those who have pre-paid for the first 8 weeks. 5 sessions must be completed within 6 months of purchase.
I do NOT accept insurance for yoga therapy.

Insurance plans reimburse for specific treatment of a mental health problem (not provided with this service).

Mental health diagnosis is required for reimbursement (I do not assess you for a mental health diagnosis in yoga therapy).

Yoga Therapy is not eligible for out of network benefits

All fees are payable via credit card and will be charged after each session.
If you have a health savings account, you would be able to use those funds towards your out of pocket costs.

I maintain a 24 hour cancellation policy. All scheduled appointments must be cancelled or re-scheduled within 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time or a no show fee of $155 will be charged.
GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE NOTICE

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
​
• You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
​
• Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.

• If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. • Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
